Therefore, we adhere to the Code of Conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys and Adolescents (ESNNA), promoted by MINCETUR, reaffirming our commitment to responsible and ethical tourism.
What is the ESNNA Code?
The ESNNA Code is a MINCETUR initiative that seeks to prevent and eradicate the sexual exploitation of minors in the tourism sector. This code establishes guidelines and commitments that tourism service providers must adopt to ensure the protection of minors and promote a safe environment in all tourism activities.
Our Commitments
As a travel agency, we are committed to:
Maintain a zero tolerance policy against any form of sexual exploitation of minors.
Train our staff to identify and prevent risk situations.
Inform our customers on laws and sanctions related to ESNNA.
Collaborate with the authorities in the reporting and prevention of cases of sexual exploitation.
Disseminate the Code of Conduct in all our communication channels
