Cusco
We'll embark on an incredible four-wheel adventure. On this guided ATV tour from Cusco through the Sacred Valley, we'll take in the views of the Urubamba Mountains as we head to Maras and the Moray archaeological complex.
Departing from Cusco on a journey of approximately one hour, we will head to the community of Cruz Pata in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Before beginning our adventure, we will have 15 minutes of training on these all-terrain vehicles.
After the practice session, we will drive approximately 1.5 hours to the Moray archaeological complex to observe up close the terraces built by the Incas to experiment with the adaptation of crops to different altitudes and temperatures.
Once we've completed our visit to Moray, we'll continue our tour to the village of Maras and its salt mines (viewing only from the outside). We'll enjoy beautiful views of the Urubamba Mountains and admire the Verónica and Chicón mountains.
At the Salineras, we'll have the opportunity to take photographs from a viewing platform and purchase products made with the salt extracted from this salt mine.
At the end of an adrenaline-filled trip, we'll take a different route back to the city of Cusco.
