Between 7:15 and 7:50 a.m., we will pick you up from your accommodation in the city center. The tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas begins in Cusco, traveling to Pisac, where we will visit the archaeological complex and the artisan market. We will then have a delicious buffet lunch in Urubamba and continue to Ollantaytambo, an archaeological city surrounded by valleys and mountains that served as a fortress. Evidence of astronomical, administrative, urban, livestock, and agricultural purposes can be seen in its buildings. The city is also famous for its hydraulic engineering and water distribution through canals. Finally, the tour concludes in Chinchero, where we will appreciate ancient agricultural traditions and weaving with Inca iconography. We will finally return to Cusco, arriving around 6:30 p.m.
